At Vibha, every piece is crafted to celebrate timeless elegance. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not feel quite right. Our policies are thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless and reassuring experience.


Returns

If you wish to return a product, we offer a simple and transparent process:

1. Initiate Your Request

Please email us at support@vibhajewellery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with:

  • Product name
  • Clear images of the item

Once reviewed, our team will confirm your eligibility for return.

2. Ship the Product

  • After approval, the product must be shipped back within 5 days
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service and sharing tracking details

3. Quality Check & Refund

  • Upon receiving your return, we will notify you within 24–48 hours
  • After inspection, an eligible refund will be processed as per our policy

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are issued exclusively as a store credit (coupon code)
  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issuance
  • One-time use only

Important Deductions

  • ₹250 deduction for unaccepted prepaid/COD orders (shipping & handling)
  • ₹125 deduction if shipping was initially offered free
  • 5% deduction on prepaid order cancellations (payment gateway charges)

Key Conditions

  • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers
  • Only one coupon code can be used per order
  • Orders placed using refund credits are subject to limited re-issuance rules

Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible only if:

  • Return is requested within 48 hours
  • Product is received by us within 5 days of approval
  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Non-eligible cases:

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns
  • Requests made beyond the stipulated timeline

Damaged or Defective Products

While each Vibha piece undergoes strict quality checks, in rare cases of transit damage:

1. Report Within 48 Hours

2. Reverse Pickup

  • Complimentary reverse pickup will be arranged (within India)
  • Alternatively, you may ship the product to us

3. Resolution

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Refund via store credit

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Most orders are processed within 2 hours of placement
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping can be refunded as:
    • Store credit, or
    • Original payment method (5% deduction applies)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (store credits) are issued within 3 working days of:
    • Return approval after inspection, or
    • Order cancellation confirmation
